Hawker Paper
Hawker paper, also known as grease-resistant paper, is a type of paper that is treated to resist the absorption of grease and oil. It is commonly used for food packaging and as a lining for food containers.
Hawker paper is made by coating regular paper with a layer of wax, plastic, or another type of grease-resistant material. This coating helps to prevent the paper from becoming saturated with grease or oil, making it an ideal choice for packaging fatty or oily foods such as fries, burgers, sandwiches, and other takeaway items.
