How to make an order?

You can make your order via several methods which are;

How to trace order?

You can trace your order by direct contact to our customer service. Besides, please provide details for your order and our customer service will help you to trace the progress of your order.

How to change/add/cancel your order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from your ordering time. In addition, any refund on your order will need to undergo clarification by our management before we can proceed.

How long will it take to process order?

Once our customer service has received confirmation on your order, the order will be processed within 24 hours. 

Delivery Service

How long will it take to process for delivery?

Your goods will be out for delivery within 2-3 working days from your payment date.

Where is the location covered for delivery service?

We provide delivery service for the Klang Valley area only. Contrarily, any area outside of the covered area will be delivered using a courier service.

How much is the charge for delivery?

Another, any order that meets our MOQ will be delivered for free, except for those from outside of the covered area.
